1. Why can’t I get the same products online that I normally purchase in location?

In an effort to provide our patients access to purchase their favorite retail products online, we’ve made all of our top sellers available immediately. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be adding the remaining products as quickly as we possibly can! Check back frequently for updates and thank you for your patience!

2. Why can’t I buy shots online?

We’re in the process of researching the safest, most effective way of delivering our shots to you. We hope to have this capability within the next few weeks if not sooner! Look out for our update on that!

3. How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days with standard shipping. You also have the option to select an expedited shipping speed for an additional cost at check-out.

4. Why do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping costs are currently being evaluated and we are actively working to reduce these costs as quickly as possible. It is our goal to ensure you are paying the lowest possible shipping fees on any of our products.
