Thank you for visiting and shopping at Red Mountain Weight Loss. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to become activated by the carrier’s tracking system. So if the link is not yet active when you receive your email, please allow 24-48 hours for the system to update.

International Shipping Policy

We do not currently ship anywhere outside the Unites States at this time.
